documentation/receipt for payment of application fee
detailed expedition itinerary
map of the expedition route and camp locations etc.
No later than 8 weeks prior to the anticipated departure
No later than 8 weeks prior to the anticipated departure
(Can be submitted earlier than the 8-week deadline)
Please submit the following information and documents:
insurance statement
description of the Expedition Leader’s previous experience, including documentation
list of participants with full names, date of birth, address, contact information and nationality.
radio permit
description of safety plan as well as emergency and safety equipment
description of the relevant experience of expedition members acting as activity / group leader, including documentation (if applicable)
research / scientific institution endorsement (if applicable)
bank guarantee (if applicable)
medical certificate (if applicable)
firearm permit (if applicable)
area allotment permit for fuel depot (if applicable)
documented permission to access military locations (if applicable)
additional permits (if applicable).
