Important update about the website and application process
The Expedition Office would like to inform you that some information on this website may currently be outdated. This is due to the website being moved to a new system on 16 June 2026.
Because of this move, information published after mid-November 2025 is, for now, not available on the website. We are working to restore and update this content as soon as possible.
At the same time, we are experiencing a high number of applications. Therefore, we are focusing on processing the most urgent cases first. This means that updates to the website may take longer than usual. The content will be updated gradually.
You can still submit your application through the online system as usual. The application link is working, and the templates have been updated and are ready to use.
